I provide psychoanalytic / psychodynamic psychotherapy in London (rooms in both Hackney and Camberwell), and online for anyone based in the UK.
My aim is to bring about meaningful, lasting change through a process of deep listening, in an atmosphere of imaginative insight and genuine respect for each person's particular history. I have substantial clinical experience with a wide range of presenting problems.

I offer individual psychotherapy to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other long-standing patterns that inhibit creative thinking about the future. My approach is psychoanalytic, sometimes called psychodynamic: rather than quick-fix answers or directive advice, we build a detailed picture of your life and mind, and think carefully about what needs to be better understood.
I am a full member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), and adhere to their codes of ethics and professional practice. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a founding member of Psychotherapy East.
I work in person from my consulting room in Hackney and a specialist psychotherapy clinic in Camberwell. I also offer virtual psychotherapy via phone or Zoom.
You are welcome to book an initial call below, or to contact me by phone or email to discuss whether I can help.
